  • Examples points of what would be in my contract with you, the client, contractor or subcontracted freelancer:

  • A clear indication of pay and if, any affecting factors such as:

  • If I am late, extra work on the day (I wouldn't charge you for playing an encore or any light work but major jobs I would refuse to do.

  • I deal in currencies that are supported by the HSBC Kinetic Business card. Any conversions/extra charges I have to do on my end I will charge for.

  • How and when I will invoice you, what would happen if someone doesn't pay.

  • We deal and sign in business names if applicable.

  • The scope of the work, the overall goal.

  • I or other parties or not employing the other party,

  • Delivery Date, Milestsones if applicable.

  • Termination, under what conditions I can cancel the agreed at any time. A 'Kill Fee', essentially if you cancel 10 minutes before I arrive I will still charge you. Don't worry, I still have a cancellation policy.

  • Work that I do for you will be referenced in my portfolio and I may ask for further promotional material and quoates to be used with the clients agreement.
